1. About HomeworkHub
HomeworkHub provides academic assistance services, including instant solutions, step-by-step explanations, and expert help for various online learning platforms such as WileyPlus, EdPuzzle, Pearson, Canvas, and others. We connect students with an algorithmic service to assist in completing assignments, quizzes, and coursework.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use HomeworkHub. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Account Sharing
Account sharing is explicitly allowed. You may share your HomeworkHub account with other studebts, friends, or family members. However, you are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account, and you should ensure that all users comply with these Terms.
4. Our Services
HomeworkHub offers the following services:
- Instant solutions and answers
- Step-by-step explanations
- Full assignment and quiz completion
- Direct account login assistance
- Support for major academic platforms
5. Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed through Stripe. Sales are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Subscription plans and credit packages are non-transferable and may not be resold.
6. User Conduct
You agree to use our services only for legitimate academic purposes and in compliance with your institution's academic integrity policies. HomeworkHub is not responsible for any academic consequences resulting from the use of our services.
7. Disclaimers
THE HOMEWORKHUB SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee specific grades, academic outcomes, or that the use of our services will not result in institutional penalties.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOMEWORKHUB'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO HOMEWORKHUB IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
