When you create an account or use our services, we collect account information (name, email, phone), login credentials you choose to share with our experts, assignment details and photos you upload, payment information (processed by Stripe), and identity verification documents (processed by Stripe Identity).
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
We automatically collect device information, IP address, usage data, app analytics, and crash reports to improve our service and ensure platform security.
1.3 Information From Third Parties
We may receive information from Stripe (payments and identity verification), authentication providers, and error monitoring services.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide academic assistance, deliver solutions to your assignments, process payments, verify your identity, communicate with you, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
3. How We Share Your Information
3.1 With Our Experts
When you choose to use account sharing, we share your provided login credentials with our verified experts so they can complete assignments on your behalf.
3.2 With Service Providers
We share necessary information with Stripe (payments & KYC), our hosting providers, AI service providers, and error monitoring tools. All third parties are contractually obligated to protect your data.
3.3 We Do Not Sell Your Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Account Sharing & Login Data
If you choose to share your WileyPlus, EdPuzzle, Canvas, or other platform credentials, this information is used only for the duration needed to complete your requested assignments. We do not store your passwords long-term and strongly recommend changing them after use.
5. Data Retention
We retain account and transaction data for the lifetime of your account plus up to 3 years after deletion for legal and accounting purposes. Assignment data and shared login credentials are deleted after completion unless retention is required by law.
6. Your Rights
You can access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time through the app or by contacting us. California residents have additional rights under CCPA.
7. Security
We use industry-standard security practices including encryption, secure login handling, and regular security audits. Payment information is processed exclusively by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
